Independent Director Mona Desai Retires From Exide Industries’ Board

Exide Industries Limited has informed that the company’s Independent Director Mona Desai has retired following the completion of her second term on July 21, 2024.

Desai is a partner of the law firm M/s. A.H. Parpia & Co., Mumbai. She was a member of the Institutional Scientific & Ethics Board of Kokilaben Dhirubai Ambani Hospital & Medical Research Institute. She holds a BA (Hons) degree in psychology from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. She is an advocate and solicitor, having passed the solicitor examination conducted by the Bombay Incorporated Law Society in 1995.

She also serves on the Board of Sonata Software Ltd. as an Independent Director.
