Independent Director Geeta Mathur Retired From IIFL Finance’s Board

Geeta Mathur has completed her second term as an Independent Director of IIFL Finance Limited, with effect from September 17, 2024.

Geeta Mathur started her career with ICICI Bank as Senior VP. She spent almost a decade on IIFL’s Board. Currently, she is on the Boards of numerous companies such as Porus Laboratories, Hero Housing Finance, HealthCare Global, Info Edge India, Umeend Housing Finance, Sentiss Pharma, and 360 ONE Wealth. Earlier she was on the Board of NIIT, Motherson Sumi Systems, Tata Communications Transformation Services, JTEKT India, JK Helene Curtis, and IIFL Holdings. She was also the CFO of HelpAge India and VP of Emaar MGF.
