Independent Director Gaurav M. Lalwani Retires From Ador Welding

Gaurav M. Lalwani has completed his term as the Independent Director and consequently will cease to be the Director of Ador Welding Limited on November 9, 2024.

Lalwani is the current Global Lead for the Content Hub at GSK. He is responsible for establishing and managing global teams spanning regions and skills, including strategy, creative, media data, and technology. He has led brand and digital transformation for global and local firms such as P&G, Unilever, J&J, Kimberly Clark, and government accounts such as the Central Provident Fund (CPF), Housing and Development Board (HDB), and Singapore Tourism Board. He has won many accolades, including Cannes and Effies, and was named one of Campaign Asia’s 40 under 40 for 2017. Lalwani also serves on the Boards of two publicly traded companies in India.
