ICRA Welcomes Anuranjita Kumar As Independent Director

Anuranjita Kumar has been appointed as an Independent Director of ICRA Limited (formerly Investment Information and Credit Rating Agency of India Limited), effective from December 1, 2024.

Kumar is experienced human resources (HR) professional with over three decades in the field. She has held senior HR roles in Asia, North America, and Europe, working with Citi, Natwest (formerly RBS), and P&G. Currently, Kumar is the founder and CEO of We-Ace, a digital coaching and mentoring platform. Her contributions have led to several recognitions, including The Economic Times’ ‘Women Ahead List 2018’ and being named a Diversity and Inclusion Leader by House of Rose Professionals in 2019. She was also listed among the Top 100 HR professionals by the World HRD Congress in 2015. Kumar holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and organisational psychology from Delhi University and an MBA in human resources development from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
