ICICI Securities Appoints Drupad Shah As Head Of Customer Service & CSR, Replacing N. Ravi
The Board of Directors of ICICI Securities Limited has, inter alia, approved the appointment of Drupad Shah as Head of Customer Service and CSR (designated as a Senior Management Personnel) with effect from January 1, 2025. He has succeeded N. Ravi, who has been transferred to a new role at ICICI Bank Limited.
Shah joined the ICICI Group in April 1999, and in these 25 years, he has worked in various areas like financial crime prevention, Head of Operations for the bank’s UK subsidiary, retail banking operations (India), and others. He has a B. Tech in electrical engineering from the University of Mumbai and has completed his master’s in management studies from NMIMS, Mumbai.
