Hiroo Mirchandani the Independent Director of Nilkamal Ltd resigns

Nilkamal Ltd has announced the resignation of Independent Director Hiroo Mirchandani on 29th June 2023.

Currently, Hiroo Mirchandani is serving as Non-Executive Independent Director on the boards of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd, Piem Hotels Ltd and MedPlus Health Services Ltd. Mirchandani has served on the boards of twelve diverse companies in consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, hospitality and telecom sectors. She currently chairs the Audit committee of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd. and the Nomination & Remuneration and CSR committees of the omni-channel pharmacy chain – MedPlus Health Services Ltd. She has also played a key role on the Risk Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Stakeholders Relationship, ESG and other board committees she has served on.  She is a Chevening Gurukul Scholar from the London School of Economics, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies and a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi.
