Heineken Considers Reappointment of CFO Harold van den Broek

Heineken N.V. has announced plans to re-appoint Harold van den Broek as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for another four-year term at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in April 2025.

The Supervisory Board recognised van den Broek’s contributions to the company’s expansion and transformation. Since joining Heineken in 2021, Harold van den Broek has been instrumental in generating revenue and profit growth while managing a successful cost-cutting initiative. With over three decades of expertise in consumer products and finance, including top positions at Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser, he is well-positioned to drive Heineken’s journey towards long-term wealth development.
