
Heena Jaysinghani, Ravishekhar Pandey & Gopala Ramaratnam Resign As Independent Directors Of Reliance Home Finance
Heena Jaysinghani, Ravishekhar Pandey, and Gopala Ramaratnam, Independent Directors of Reliance Home Finance Limited, have resigned with effect from August 23, 2025.
Jaysinghani is the Founder of Heena Jaysinghani & Co. and brings over a decade of experience across diverse sectors, including work with Fortune 500 companies in cement, BFSI, textiles, construction, and other industries. She serves as an Independent Director on the Board of MOS Utility Limited, where she is Chairperson of the Audit Committee and a Member of the Stakeholders’ Grievances and Nomination and Remuneration Committees. She specialises in corporate laws, governance, and regulatory matters, with expertise in Initial Public Offers (IPO), delisting, corporate litigation, acquisitions, takeovers, and allied areas. Jaysinghani is a law graduate from the University of Mumbai, and she is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Pandey leads the Securities Litigation Division at MDP & Partners, where he advises and represents the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) and the Bombay High Court. His practice focuses on securities law, regularly handling matters under the SEBI Act, Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, Companies Act, and regulations, including insider trading, takeover, PFUTP, and LODR. A law graduate from D.Y. Patil College of Law, University of Mumbai (B.L.S., LL.B., 2012–2017), Pandey also holds a postgraduate diploma in securities law from Government Law College, Mumbai (2019).
