HCL Technologies Reappoints Simon John England as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of HCL Technologies Limited has approved the reappointment of Simon John England as an Independent Director for five years, with effect from January 16, 2025. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Since January 2020, Simon John England has been serving as Independent Director at HCL Technologies. He is a partner at Garwood Solutions. Prior to that, he worked with Primary Care Support England (Capita PLC) as Managing Director (MD). He also worked with Accenture for more than 27 years. He joined as Partner and Managing Director, Health & Public Services UK, and from 2011 to 2016, he served as Managing Director, Insurance, UK&I. He completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from the University of Durham.
