HCC appoints Arun karambelkar & Aditya P Jain as Directors

Arun Karambelkar has been appointed as an Independent Director at Hindustan Construction Co. Limited for a period of five years, starting from June 7, 2023. Karambelkar brings a diverse experience of over 37 years, having held positions in industries such as automobiles, engineering, and electronics, including his previous role as President & CEO of HCC E&C Business.

Aditya Pratap Jain has also been appointed as an Additional (Non-Executive-Non-Independent) Director at Hindustan Construction Co. Limited, effective from June 7, 2023. Jain is a Law Graduate from Delhi University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the National Institute of Personnel Management. With over 32 years of experience, he has worked in various sectors including Project-based organizations, Manufacturing, and Telecom. He joined the HCC Group in 2007 and played a significant role in HR leadership, expansion, competency development, and change initiatives.
