Harish Engineer Resigns from Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd.

Harish Engineer, a Non-Executive Independent Director of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd., has announced his resignation from the post, effective from April 30, 2023. Engineer, who has also been serving on the board of ARKA Fincap Limited since June 14, 2019, and HDFC Property Ventures Limited since July 20, 2015, is a well-known figure in the financial industry. He graduated from the University of Mumbai with a Bachelor of Science in Science and from Bharati Vidya Bhavan with a Diploma in Business Management. Engineer has expressed his inability to continue with the directorship due to his preoccupation. He also serves as an independent director on the board of Navin Fluorine International limited and as a member of CSR committee.
