Hariprasad Rayapalyam Steps Down As VP & Legal Head Of ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India

Hariprasad Rayapalyam has resigned from the position of Vice President and Head of Legal of ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited, effective March 19, 2025, to pursue further career opportunities outside of ZF Group.

Rayapalyam is a senior legal professional with over 25 years of experience spanning corporate and law firms in India, the Middle East, and the US. Previously, he has held positions as a Partner at Vijay & Associates, as Group Corporate Legal Counsel at Jumbo Group, Dubai, as an attorney at Caterpillar Inc., and as India Legal Counsel at Wells Fargo. Rayapalyam is a graduate of ILS Law College with a degree of BSL LLB.
