Hariharan Srinivasan Replaces Nita Nambiar As Chief People Officer Of Hexaware Technologies
Hariharan Srinivasan, Executive Vice President (EVP) of HR, has been appointed as the interim Chief People Officer (CPO) of Hexaware Technologies Limited w.e.f. November 16, 2025, replacing Nita Nambiar, who will retire w.e.f. November 15, 2025.
Siddharth Dhar, President and Head of Digital IT Operations (DITO), has been appointed as the Head of AI Practice w.e.f. October 14, 2025, in addition to heading DITO.
Eravi Gopan has been appointed as President and Head of Hi-Tech Vertical w.e.f. October 20, 2025.
Srinivasan is an HR executive with 30 years of experience in HR partnership roles. He specialises in translating business priorities into workforce plans, designing employee engagement and retention programs, and aligning people initiatives with delivery and revenue goals. He has managed large-scale client rebadging deals, led M&A integrations, and implemented change management initiatives, contributing to organisational transformation and workforce effectiveness.
Dhar brings over two decades of experience in technology and digital transformation. He leads Hexaware’s DITO division, focusing on digital solutions, intelligent automation, and agentic AI Ops. Dhar drives strategies that help clients accelerate digital adoption, optimise operations, and achieve sustainable outcomes using advanced AI capabilities. His recent initiatives include integrating generative AI and agentic AI Ops into Hexaware’s services, enabling self-learning, adaptive systems that enhance IT operations, automate decision-making, and improve organisational agility and resilience.
Gopan is a global technology, SaaS, and AI executive with over 25 years of experience in building and scaling high-growth businesses. He specialises in driving revenue growth, developing GTM organisations, and collaborating with global technology leaders, startups, and enterprises across industries. He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from CUSAT, an MBA in Industrial Management from NITIE/IIM Mumbai, and has completed executive programs at Wharton and Harvard Business School. He has also raised capital and incubated a startup as a solopreneur and mentors CEOs, Boards, and investors through the Founder Institute in Silicon Valley, advising on strategy, organisational design, offerings, pricing, and business scaling.
