
Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh Takes Charge As Director General & CEO Of IICA
Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh has assumed charge as Director General and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), a think tank under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
Singh is an officer of the Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service (1992 batch). He brings over 30 years of experience in finance, corporate law, public policy, ESG reporting, and capacity building. He previously held key roles in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, including CEO of IEPFA, Member of the IBBI Governing Body, and Member Secretary of the Insolvency Law Committee. He contributed to reforms in CSR rules and business responsibility reporting. Singh’s academic background includes degrees from JNU, FMS Delhi, and Delhi University, along with international experience with UNDP Afghanistan.
