Gurinder Makkar Resigns as Company Secretary of JTL Industries

Gurinder Makkar has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of JTL Industries with effect from October 25, 2023. Makkar has 18 years of experience, including with some of the top 1000 listed entities. He has worked with BCL Industries Limited as Company Secretary and Group Head of Corporate Affairs, and also with Bhandari Hosiery Exports Limited as CS cum Purchase Manager.
