Govind Shrikhande Reappointed As Independent Director Of Donear Industries

The Board of Donear Industries Limited has passed a resolution by circulation on Sunday, November 10, 2024, for the reappointment of Govind Shrikhande as an Independent Director of the Company for the second term of 1 year, effective from November 11, 2024.

Govind Shrikhande was the former Managing Director of Shoppers Stop. He has over 40 years of work experience in the whole chain of fabrics, apparel, and multi-format retailing, including department stores, hypermarkets, and airport retail, across marquee companies like Mafatlal, Johnson & Johnson, Arvind, Bombay Dyeing, and Shoppers Stop.
