Gopalan Srinivasan Resigned As Independent Director Of PB Fintech Upon Joining Galaxy Health As MD & CEO

Gopalan Srinivasan has tendered his resignation as the Independent Director of PB Fintech Limited with effect from September 24, 2024, pursuant to his appointment as Managing Director and CEO of Galaxy Health Insurance Company Limited.

Gopalan Srinivasan is a fellow of the Federation of Insurance Institutes and a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Previously, he has held positions of Managing Director (MD) and Chairman of United India Insurance Co. Ltd. and MD and Chairman of New India Assurance Co. Ltd. He holds a degree of Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Madras.
