Godrej Industries’ CS Jariwala Moves To Godrej Consumer, Nisaba Godrej Joins Godrej Industries Board

Godrej Industry’s Company Secretary, Tejal Jariwala, has been appointed as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Person (KMP) of Godrej Consumer Products Limited, with effect from August 14, 2024.

Jariwala is set to replace Rahul Botadara, who is moving on to a new role to lead the secretarial portfolio for international subsidiaries of the company, effective August 13, 2024.

Jariwala will relinquish her position at Godrej Industries Limited on August 13, 2024. Subsequently, Anupama Kamble will assume the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from August 14, 2024.

In another development, Nisaba Godrej has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non – Independent) of Godrej Industries, with effect from August 7, 2024.

Tejal Jariwala is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has over 11 years of specialised experience in Corporate Governance and secretarial functions. She commenced her career in July 2013 as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Astec Life Sciences Limited (Astec). During her tenure at Astec, she supported the secretarial and legal team at Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL). In this capacity, she oversaw the company’s secretarial function and managed compliance for entities within the promoter group. She also holds a degree in law from the University of Mumbai.
