Godrej Consumer announced changes in the Senior Management Team

Godrej Consumer Products Limited has announced several changes in the Senior Management Team. Robert Menzies, Global Head of Category Direction and Innovation, also a member of Senior Management, will move to a subsidiary with effect from August 26, 2024, to lead the proposed Pet Care business as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Swati Bhattacharya will join the company as the Global Head of Lightbox Creative Lab, with effect from September 1, 2024, and will also be inducted into the GCPL Global Management Committee. Swati was previously the Creative Chairperson of FCB India.

Ashwin Moorthy, currently the head of marketing for GCPL’s India business, will be the Global Head of Category Direction and Innovation in addition to his current role. He will also be inducted into the GCPL Global Management Committee with effect from August 16, 2024, and will be part of the senior management.

Darshan Gandhi, presently working as Head of the Design Lab, will also be inducted into the GCPL Global Management Committee with effect from August 16, 2024, and will be part of the senior management.

Harshdeep Chhabra, presently working as Head Global Media COE, will be inducted into the GCPL Global Management Committee with effect from August 16, 2024, and will be part of the senior management. He has two decades of expertise and experience in media and advertising. Prior to joining Godrej, he was Senior Vice President at Mindshare, responsible for driving client relationships and delivering exceptional brand growth.
