GMR Airports Reappoints Kiran Grandhi as MD & CEO

The Board of Directors of GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited has approved, on May 29, 2024, the reappointment of Kiran Kumar Grandhi as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for three years with effect from July 28, 2024. This approval is subject to the approval of the shareholders and any necessary regulatory approvals.

Kiran Kumar Grandhi has been associated with the company for more than 25 years and has served as the Executive Director, Chairman Airports, Chairman Urban Infra and Corporate Chairman. He is the youngest son of G.M. Rao (Group Chairman of GMR Group) and the brother of G.B.S. Raju (Airport Business Chairman of GMR Group). His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Vivekananda College, Chennai.
