
General Bikram Singh (Retd.) Steps Down As Independent Director Of Anupam Rasayan India
General Bikram Singh (Retd.) has resigned from the office of Non-Executive Independent Director of Anupam Rasayan India Limited with effect from June 27, 2025, due to personal reasons.
General Bikram Singh (Retd.), former Chief of the Indian Army, retired on July 31, 2014, after a distinguished career spanning over 42 years. He has been honoured by the President of India, the US, and Nepal, including with the Param Vishisht Seva Medal and the Legion of Merit. He served in UN missions in Nicaragua, El Salvador, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. He has corporate experience as an Independent Director at Apollo Tyres and NJ Asset Management. He frequently lectures on leadership, governance, and strategy at business schools and corporate institutions in India and abroad. He holds an MSc from Madras University, an M.Phil from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, and a master’s in strategic studies from the US Army War College (USAWC).
