GE T&D India appoints Nimai Verma as its Company Secretary

GE T&D India Limited’s Board of Directors appointed Nimai Verma as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) in an interim capacity, starting immediately.

Verma, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), has over ten years of experience in Legal and Corporate Laws, Compliance, M&A, Restructuring, Fund Raising, Investor Relations, Board and Shareholder Management, Corporate Governance, SEBI, and FDI. He has held senior positions in prestigious organisations such as DCM Shriram, Dish TV India (previously part of the Essel Group), and A2Z Group. Mr Verma has been with GE T&D India Limited since June 2023, previously served as Lead at Dish TV India and Deputy Manager at DCM Shriram.
