Ganesh K.V. Transitioned To Chief Operating Officer Role At Spandana Sphoorty Financial, Replacing Vishal Sharma
Ganesh K.V. has transitioned from Chief Transformation Officer to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited, effective April 3, 2026. He replaces Vishal Sharma, who stepped down due to personal reasons, with effect from April 2, 2026.
K.V. is a veteran of HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank, where he held senior leadership roles. His experience includes leadership roles at Dvara KGFS and in consumer and distribution companies such as Parle Agro, GM Pens, PepsiCo, Asian Paints, and Eureka Forbes. He has also worked at Chaitanya India Fin Credit Pvt. Ltd., where he most recently served as President and Head of Internal Audit, leading audit automation and strengthening governance and compliance systems. Earlier, as President of Operations, he managed business expansion, product development, pilot initiatives, and multi-state operations. He is a financial services professional with over three decades of experience across microfinance, retail banking, rural markets, and distribution.
