G Pradeepkumar Appointed As Independent Director Of Geojit Financial Services

The Directorate of Geojit Financial Services Limited announced the appointment of G Pradeepkumar as Additional Director (Non-executive Independent) w.e.f. October 8, 2024. He replaced M. P. Vijay Kumar, who will be joining the Board of Geojit Investments Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Subject to applicable regulatory approvals.

G. Pradeepkumar has a career spanning two decades; he was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Union Asset Management Company. Before this, he was the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at IDFC Investment Advisors Limited. He earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from the University of Calicut in Kerala.
