Fossil Group Welcomes Wendy L. Schoppert & Pamela Edwards As Independent Directors

Fossil Group, Inc. has appointed Pamela Edwards and Wendy L. Schoppert to its Board of Directors as Independent Directors, effective May 16, 2025.

Schoppert has over three decades of leadership experience across finance, strategy, and general management. She previously held senior roles at Sleep Number Corp., including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Information Officer, where she also led Marketing, Digital, International, and New Channel Development. Before that, she worked at U.S. Bank, leading the Private Asset Management team and overseeing product, marketing, and corporate development for its Asset Management division. Her career began in the airline industry with leadership roles at American Airlines, Northwest Airlines, and America West Airlines. She has also served on the boards of major corporations and currently sits on the board of DaVita, Inc., contributing to the Audit and Compensation Committees.

Edwards has held senior roles at L Brands Inc. and serves on the Boards of The Azek Company and Citi Trends.
