Fortis Healthcare appointed Dr. Ritu Garg and Bidesh Chandra Paul

Fortis Healthcare Limited appointed Dr. Ritu Garg as the Chief Growth and Innovation Officer, with effect from June 11, 2024, and Bidesh Chandra Paul as the Group Head of Supply Chain Management, with effect from June 11, 2024.

Dr. Ritu has over eighteen years of experience in the healthcare industry. She joined Fortis in February 2016 as the Head of Clinical Talent Management and later as the Zonal Director. She is the founder of Heal Daddy and the co-founder of Medspero Healthcare. She has previously worked with Sakra World Hospital and Amrop India.
She has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in Ear Nose Throat (ENT) from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi, and a Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Bidesh has over eighteen years of experience in manufacturing, research and development, healthcare operations, and supply chain management. He joined Fortis in August 2019 as the Zonal Director. He began his career in 2004 as an Assistant Manager (Research and Development) at TVS Motors before moving over to Narayan Health.
He has a dual degree of Bachelor in Technology and Masters’ of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institutes of Management, Bangalore.
