Executive Director of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, K. Ravishankar retires from his position with effect from August 24, 2024.

K. Ravishakar is a senior manager with a wide range of experience in several industries, with the intention of enhancing the business while deriving professional fulfillment. He has experience of leading over 250 teams in various business divisions, such as Material Management, Engineering Development Unit, Serving as the beginning point for a new business area and project manager for a national R&D project under the Ministry of Heavy Industry.Currently in charge of the organisation’s Corporate R&D section, which handles the needs for new product creation, research in specialised fields, and product enhancement and upgrading across the board.
