Essar Shipping’s Company Secretary Nisha Barnwal Resigned

Nisha Barnwal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Essar Shipping Limited, has tendered her resignation from the post with effect from April 12, 2024, due to personal reasons.

Nisha Barnwal is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), having joined the company in September 2021. Prior to Essar Shipping, she worked with Lloyds Steels Industries.
