Eminent Independent Director Rajiv Krishan Luthra passes away

Rajiv Krishan Luthra has ceased to be a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Boards of TV18 Broadcast Limited & Network18 Media & Investments Limited. The media conglomerate informed the exchanges of his untimely demise on late night of May 10, 2023. Luthra was a veteran corporate lawyer and founder of the law firm Luthra and Luthra. He was an expert on public–private partnerships and project finance. Besides Network 18 group He served on the boards of many listed companies such as the real estate major DLF.
