Dukhabandhu Rath Appointed Independent Director of KP Energy

Dukhabandhu Rath has been appointed as an Independent Director of KP Energy Limited.

Rath has almost four decades of experience. He is a former MD of Gujarat Venture Finance Limited and a former Chief General Manager of the State Bank of India. He is an Advisor to the Banking and Finance Committee at the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry and an Independent Director at SG Finserve, Shiva Pharmachem, and Falcon Marine Exports. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and a guest speaker at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and the National Institute of Bank Management. He completed the Management Development Programme from the Indian School of Business and the Certified Associate in Banking and Financial Support Services from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
