Dr Shalini Sarin Joins Polyplex Corporation As Independent Director
Dr Shalini Sarin has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) of Polyplex Corporation Limited with effect from March 30, 2025.
Dr Sarin has over 35 years of corporate experience, having served as Global CHRO at Philips Professional Lighting and CHRO at Schneider Electric South Asia. Her experience spans HR leadership and sustainable social business across India, Europe, and the US in regional and global roles. She is currently involved in governance, advisory, and executive coaching. She is a trustee at Plaksha University, a member of the Advisory Committee of Climate Group, and an Independent Director on the Boards of Sagility India, Linde India, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries, ISMT Limited, and Kirloskar Oil Engines. Dr Sarin holds a doctorate in organisation behaviour & culture and a master’s in sociology & human resource management. She has authored articles and papers and has presented at conferences in India and Europe.
