Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd announces changes in its Board of Directors

Effective May 10, 2023, Dr. Claudio Albrecht is appointed as an Additional Director of the Company categorised as Independent for five consecutive years until May 9, 2028, at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited.

Furthermore, the company re-appointed Leo Puri and Shikha Sharma as Independent Directors for a second term of five years each. Puri’s term will last till October 24, 2028, while Sharma’s term has been extended up to January 30, 2029.
