Dr. Pramod Sadarjoshi Appointed Additional Director of Sikhara Hydrocarbon Impex

The Board of Sikhara Hydrocarbon Impex Private Limited has approved the appointment of Dr. Pramod Sadarjoshi as an Additional Director. This appointment will take effect on the date of Director Identification Number (DIN) allocation.

Dr. Pramod Sadarjoshi is a global, C-suite professional with more than 30 years of experience. Sadarjoshi has spearheaded leadership interventions resulting in augmented business growth and organisational effectiveness at organisations like Microsoft, Oracle, JP Morgan, Cognizant, Citibank, HDFC Bank, KPMG, and Oman International Bank. His areas of experience and expertise include Business Strategy and Transformation, Business Development and Consulting, Sales and Marketing, Digital HCM, OD and Change Management, Talent acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership development, HR Analytics, Systems/Process re-engineering, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Diversity Management, Employee Engagement, and Executive Coaching at the CEO and CXO levels. He is an empaneled Executive Coach at the globally reputed ISB (Indian School of Business), Hyderabad, for their flagship programme, LSTM.
