Dr. Hanny Kusnadi Joins Affle (India) As Independent Director

Dr. Hanny Kusnadi has been appointed as Independent Director of Affle (India) Limited with effect from April 08, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.

Dr. Kusnadi has over 20 years of experience in academia and industry, specializing in accounting and finance. She is a Senior Lecturer and Academic Director of the M.Sc. in accounting program at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School. Previously, she taught at HKUST and Stanford University. Before academia, she worked as a tax consultant in Silicon Valley and a Finance Controller in Singapore. She graduated from Santa Clara University with a magna cum laude degree in accounting and is a credentialed certified public accountant in California. Dr. Kusnadi is a Ph.D holder in accounting from HKUST, where she studied earnings management, firm valuation, and Corporate Governance.
