Domino’s CEO Mark van Dyck To Step Down

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises announced that its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mark van Dyck, will step down from his role effective December 23, 2025.

Dyck has decades of leadership experience in consumer goods and food service, having previously held senior roles at Coca-Cola and Compass Group. At Compass, he led 66,000 employees across 11 countries, delivering over 400 million meals annually. Before joining Domino’s, he served as an advisor to the DPE Board. He also chairs the Food and Agriculture Taskforce. He drove growth and profitability across Asia Pacific, including key markets like Japan and Australia. Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and is a GAICD graduate.
