Dixon Technologies Appoints Geeta Mathur As Independent Director

On October 24, 2024, the Board of Directors of Dixon Technologies Limited approved the appointment of Geeta Mathur as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval.

Geeta Mathur is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Since 2014, she has served on the boards of Motherson Sumi Wiring India Ltd., Infoedge Ltd., NIIT Ltd., Hero Housing Finance Ltd., and Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance Company, among others. Her previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Helpage India, Vice President of Finance at Emaar MGF Land Ltd., Regional Head for North & East at IBM Global Finance, and Senior Vice President at ICICI Ltd. She has also received the Women Independent Director of the Year award from Mentor My Board.
