Dish TV India Names Amit Verma As CFO

The Board of Directors of Dish TV India Limited on September 18, 2024, has approved the appointment of Amit Kumar Verma as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) in the category of Senior Management Personnel (SMP) with effect from October 1, 2024. He will replace Rajeev Kumar Dalmia.

Amit Kumar Verma has over two decades of experience, and currently, he has been associated with the company as Head of Treasury & Taxation since January 2010. Prior to joining the company, his professional experience included roles at CNBC TV18, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd., and Ray & Ray Chartered Accountants. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration, along with various certifications, including International Financial Reporting Standards from ICAI.
