Dipesh Amritlal Shah Joins Havells India As President & CTO

Dipesh Amritlal Shah has been appointed as President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Havells Center for Research & Innovation at Havells India Limited with effect from February 10, 2025.

Shah has 32 years of experience in embedded system software, wireless communications, and on-device AI. He has worked at the intersection of technology, innovation, and consumer experience. Before joining Havells, he served as Managing Director (MD) at Samsung’s largest software R&D centre outside Korea, where he contributed to AI and IoT (SmartThings) advancements. He also led the India Consumer Experience Team, developing products and services under the Make for India program. Shah holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from UVCE, Bengaluru, and a PGSEM in software enterprise from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
