Dileep Choksi Retires As Independent Director Of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance

Dileep Choksi ceased to be the Independent Director of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, effective December 26, 2024.

Choksi is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of professional experience and qualifications in law and cost accountancy. He began his career with C.C. Chokshi & Co. He serves on the Boards of various companies. He was previously the Joint Managing Partner of Deloitte in India before founding C.C. Chokshi Advisors, which focuses on addressing diverse business requirements. He contributed to the eighth edition of ‘Kanga and Palkhivala’s The Laws and Practice of Income Tax’, co-authored by N.A. Palkhivala and B.A. Palkhivala. Choksi is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with a rank at the Intermediate and Final examinations. He holds a law degree and is a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
