Devdutt Marathe Appointed Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Indostar Capital Finance

Indostar Capital Finance announced the appointment of Devdutt Marathe as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from September 8, 2023. While Munish Dayal resigned from the post of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.

Marathe is an investment professional with over 13 years of experience in the PE space. He is currently a Senior VP at Brookfield Asset Management focused on the PE business in the India / Middle East region. Previously, Marathe was a Principal at Apax Partners, where he led and participated in several transactions across financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors. Marathe holds B.Tech. and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras and Caltech (USA) respectively, and a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad.
