Devaki M. Chardon & S. Radhakrishnan Resign As Directors Of Sicagen India

Devaki Muthiah Chardon and S. Radhakrishnan have resigned as Non-Executive Director and Independent Director, respectively, of Sicagen India Limited w.e.f. August 12, 2025, due to their preoccupation & professional commitments.

Chardon is the first of the fourth generation of the founder’s family. She serves on the boards of SPIC Ltd., TACFL, MPL, Greenstar Fertilizers, Penn Globe Ltd., and Notedome Ltd. She previously served as Senior Analyst at an independent investment management firm in London, offering investment advisory services. Now part of the group, she focuses on driving strategic growth across Singapore, India, and the UK, working closely with the leadership team to expand the global footprint of the group’s businesses. Chardon holds a Master of Arts in Business Management from the University of Edinburgh.

Radhakrishnan brings over 43 years of diverse experience spanning engineering, inspection, technical services, project execution, and contracting across power, oil & gas, petrochemical, and other industrial sectors in India, the Middle East, and Singapore. Currently, he serves as Director of Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Ltd., South India House Estates and Properties Ltd., and Rivolu Software Pvt. Ltd. An accredited associate faculty of risk management by the British Safety Council, London, Radhakrishnan was recognised among India’s top 100 powerful CEOs in 2011 by the Economic Times’ Corporate Dossier.
