
Desh Raj Dogra Retires As Independent Director Of Capri Global Capital
Desh Raj Dogra has retired as an Independent Director of Capri Global Capital Limited, upon completion of his term, with effect from January 31, 2026.
Dogra recently retired as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (CEO & MD) of Credit Analysis and Research (CARE) Ltd. He began his career with the Himachal Pradesh Government in 1977 and joined Dena Bank in 1978, where he worked across multiple banking functions for over 15 years. He served as Vice Chairperson and Public Interest Director at the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India until September 2016. He is an Independent Director on the Boards of several listed and unlisted companies, including S. Chand & Company, Welspun Corp, Gandhar Oil Refinery, G.R. Infraprojects, Asirvad Micro Finance, ITI Mutual Fund Trustee, and Sunteck Realty. Dogra holds an MBA in finance from FMS, University of Delhi, and a master’s degree in agriculture from Himachal Pradesh University.
