
Deepak Rastogi Resigns As Puravankara CFO; Niraj K. Gautam Elevated To CFO Role
Deepak Rastogi has resigned as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Puravankara Limited, effective September 23, 2025, citing personal reasons.
Following Rastogi’s resignation, Niraj Kumar Gautam has been promoted from Deputy CFO to CFO, effective September 24, 2025, subject to approval by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors.
Rastogi has over 30 years of experience in finance, strategy, and business transformation across multiple industries and global markets. Prior to Puravankara, he was President & Group CFO at Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Ltd., leading financial strategy, P&L management, fundraising, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation initiatives. A Chartered Accountant with an MBA from S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Rastogi is recognised for aligning financial frameworks with long-term business objectives and driving operational efficiencies.
Gautam is a strategic finance leader with over 23 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, taxation, and investor relations. Previously, he held positions like Vice President & Head of Finance at Provident Housing Ltd., General Manager of Finance at Purvankara Project Ltd., and Regional Head of Mortgage Finance at ICICI Bank Ltd. As President and Head of Finance at Puravankara Group, he has led capital-raising efforts exceeding Rs 15,000 crore, optimised financial strategies, and supported growth in real estate and infrastructure.
