Deccan Cements’ Independent Director Kanwar Pratap Singh Resigned

Deccan Cements Limited announced to the stock exchange the resignation of Kanwar Pratap Singh from the office of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from July 11, 2024, due to personal reasons.

Singh, a retired IAS officer from the Karnataka Cadre, has previously held various significant roles in both the central and state governments. His notable positions include Chairman of the Karnataka Electricity Board, Secretary of Defence Production, and Secretary of Internal Security and Intelligence.
