CS Lancy Varghese Resigned From JSW Steel

Lancy Varghese, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of JSW Steel Limited, has tendered his resignation to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the JSW group, and the same has been accepted by the company. The effective date of his resignation and his last working day will be December 23, 2024.

Lancy Varghese is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He joined JSW Steel in 1999. Prior to that he has worked with Surana Strips Ltd., Wipro Infotech Ltd., and Yuken India Ltd.
