CS Komal Malik Resigns from Sandhar Technologies

Komal Malik has resigned from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer of Sandhar Technologies Limited, with effect from January 15, 2024. She is moving on to pursue career opportunities outside the company.

Malik is a Company Secretary, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and has over 20 years of experience. Prior to Sandhar Technologies, Malik worked with Ireo Group, Fortis Group (the Legal Head of a Singapore-listed vertical, RHT Health Trust), New Delhi Television Limited, and Chokhani International Limited.
