Harsha Kedia, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Hindustan Zinc Limited, resigned from her position with effect from October 28, 2024.

Harsha Kedia has over 16 years of corporate secretarial experience and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA), UK. She also holds a law degree. Harsha has expertise in corporate governance and compliance across various company structures, including listed, unlisted, public, private, and NBFCs. Her key responsibilities include mergers and acquisitions, office relocations, fundraising, government divestitures, IBC acquisitions, and managing board, committee, and general meetings.
