Akshar Biyani Resigned As Company Secretary Of Aptech

Akshar Biyani has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Aptech Limited due to personal and professional reasons. The management has accepted his resignation and relieved him from his post with immediate effect.

Akshar Biyani has previously worked with Graviss Group, and he has also worked at Rajatsai Consulting, Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and UTV. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Baroda and a master’s degree in law from Jindal Global Law School (JGLS).
