Company Secretary Pramendra Tomar Resigned From Ola Electric Mobility

Pramendra Tomar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Ola Electric Mobility Limited, has conveyed his decision to resign from the post with effect from October 1, 2024, due to personal reasons and commitments.

Pramendra Tomar joined the company in 2022. Prior to Ola, he worked with Ampersand Group and Apollo International Ltd. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a B.Com. degree from Delhi University. He is certified Excellence in Project Execution from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
