Company Secretary of Novartis India, Nikhil Malpani To Step Down

Nikhil Malpani has conveyed his decision to resign from the post of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Novartis India Limited due to his other professional commitments. He will continue in the post until April 30, 2024, to facilitate a smooth transition.

Nikhil Malpani is a company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He had started his career with Reliance Industries as a senior manager in corporate secretarial. Prior to Novartis, he worked with Biocon Biologics as Associate Director, Corporate Secretarial and Legal; Wockhardt as Sr. Manager, Corporate Secretarial and Finance; and Cipla as Mgmt. Staff, Corporate Secretarial and Finance.
